Document processing happens on your device. The app has no document cloud-sync service or account requirement. Advertising, Google Play purchases, and destinations you choose for sharing or saving involve separate services.
Documents on your device
The app stores imported or captured originals, project names, page order and editing settings in its private app storage. Cropping, rotation, filters, compression and file generation are performed locally. An imported PDF is retained as an original copy while its pages are converted into images for editing.
We do not operate a server that receives your scanned documents. The app does not add your document contents, names or thumbnails to advertising or billing requests. It does not require an app account and does not include our own document analytics service.
Camera access is used when you choose to capture a page. Selected photos and files are accessed to import a copy. You can use image import if you do not grant camera permission.
Importing, sharing, saving and printing
You control which images and files the app imports and where an exported copy goes. A photo picker, document provider, cloud drive, sharing app or print service may handle the files you select or send to it. Those services operate under their own policies and may transfer data over the network.
Re-encoded exports do not intentionally preserve source location metadata. The retained original may still contain metadata from its source. Review any file and its destination before sharing personal or sensitive information.
Advertising and your choices
The free experience uses Google AdMob for advertising. This can include a library banner, occasional interstitial advertising between completed tasks, and an optional rewarded ad that temporarily unlocks Pro features. The app does not place ads in document capture or crop controls, and does not require an ad to save an already prepared file.
Depending on your device, region, settings and consent choices, Google’s advertising services may process device or advertising identifiers and, where applicable, identifiers associated with signed-in accounts on the device, IP address, device and app information, ad interactions, and diagnostic or performance information. An IP address can also be used to infer an approximate location. These services receive technical information even though document processing stays local.
Google and participating advertising partners identified in the consent message may process advertising-related information under their own privacy policies and your applicable choices. Review the partner information and policy links in the consent or privacy-options message; the participating partners can change.
The app uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to request consent where applicable. The consent service processes technical device/app information and stored privacy choices to determine and apply the relevant consent experience. The app does not supply a cross-app consent-sync user ID. When privacy options are required, you can reopen them from the app’s settings. You can also manage relevant advertising settings on your Android device. Paid Pro and an active rewarded Pro period remove advertising from the workspace.
More information is available in Google’s Privacy Policy and Google’s explanation of data use on partner apps and sites.
Purchases through Google Play
Google Play handles purchases, subscriptions and payment processing. The app receives purchase information such as the product, purchase state, purchase token and acknowledgement status to recognize access to Pro. Local access records and temporary reward timing are stored on your device.
We do not receive your payment card details through the app. Subscription management and refund requests are handled through Google Play. The app and store show the available product terms and price before purchase. See Google’s Privacy Policy for its handling of account and payment information.
This website and support email
This static website is hosted using Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes technical request information, which can include your IP address, requested page, browser or device details and network information, to deliver and protect the site. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
We have not added our own analytics scripts, tracking pixels, advertising, contact forms or account system to this website. Links to other services take you to services with their own privacy policies.
If you choose to email support, your email address and message are processed to answer your request through the developer’s email provider. Send only information needed to describe the problem. Do not attach scanned documents, identity cards, passwords or payment information. Support correspondence may be retained for resolving and following up on the issue; you can ask us about a message you sent.
Storage, retention and deletion
Projects remain in private app storage until you delete them, clear the app’s data or uninstall the app. Deleting a page from a project can leave its original source retained until the whole project is deleted. Temporary export copies can be cleared in the app’s settings and may also be removed by Android.
The app excludes its private project data from Android app backup. Copies you save outside the app remain under the selected provider’s control and may be backed up or synchronized by that provider. Deleting a project or uninstalling this app does not delete those external copies.
The app does not claim to encrypt its own project files. Your device’s screen lock, storage protections and the security of apps you share with matter. Use an appropriate destination for sensitive information.
Google and Cloudflare manage retention for information they process according to their own policies. We cannot delete information held independently by another provider; use that provider’s controls where appropriate.
